I absolutely loved the spacious rooms with a tea/coffee maker and the thoughtful touch of providing 2 bottles of water daily. However, the room felt a bit small for a family of 4. The hotel is conveniently located near the JR station with many shopping options nearby, making it ideal for exploring. The dining experience offered a variety of Japanese items, catering to different tastes and cultures. Despite some language barriers during check-in, the overall service was top-notch.
